Gear shift vibration

At about 3500 rpm and up at nearly full throttle the gear shift vibrates fairly hard beyond would I consider normal. Their is no vibration with normal around town driving or the expressway, but as you get into the max torque it starts to come on and only when you accelerate.
I've recently installed a LS7 clutch, but I get no vibration revving the engine in neutral. Anyone want to guess?

I don't think so, but I did remove and inspect them when I did the clutch. I'll go double check them thanks!!!
I was thinking torque tube but why then why if I go faster or slower would I not have a problem but only under high torque would I get vibration? If push to 5000 rpm everything gets smooth as glass. I've messed up a lot of things over the years doing it myself, but I've always managed to figure out what I did wrong. This is driving me nuts.
Any manual guys out there a get vibration at the start of max torque?

or rattle but the noise is coming from the shifter/box. If I hold the shifter the noise goes away.
The OE factory bushings are rubber and degrade with time & miles.
There is a CHEAP (like $2.00) fix which involves changing out to some slightly
oversized washers and drilling out the center hole. I am going to give this a shot before
buying a new shifter box. Post was in C6 section and recently bumped (several years old)
Maybe it will help you as well.

So, I turned off all the nanny's (~9 seconds - hold the button down until it turns off handling and traction) and all was perfect. (I'm really confused now.) Someone else please try this and post with results. Thanks to all so far !!!
