When going to an electric water pump like a Miezire you need to remove the two .070" spacers that are behind the main bracket. (that is the reason why they are there, so it is easy to make the switch)

I was curious of this as well. I just had the manual tensioner bolt fail(no, not over tightened) and caused the belt to ride off and explode in the engine bay... which quickly made the car overheat without that belt. I have the flip drive as well. Would be nice to be able to drive the car home without the supercharger if another failure happens.
My question, is it looks like the belt would still ride on the EWP motor housing as its just as big as the mechanical pump?
