I am new to corvettes but not speed. I’ve read a lot on pros and cons regarding builds on the LS3 and LS7, so I’m looking for a vote here. I have two cars that I’m interested in purchasing, with their builds below. Anything I should worry about with either one? Both cars have about 40k miles. Your input is greatly appreciated!

‘12 Grand Sport - Procharged
Car has a Procharger, and was installed by Procharger, CCP jam cam, ARP head studs, LS9 head gaskets, BTR 660 springs, chromoly pushrods, Dewits radiator, twin nozzle Alky meth kit, and Z06 exhaust. Fresh procharger service as well.
That would be a tough call for me. Both have mods that will require extra maintenance down the road. Looks like the Z06 heads were addressed. 2007 vs 2012; the 2012 has nicer seats and other incremental improvements. Will you track the car? Z06 if so. If it will just be a typical street driver, I might be tempted to go with the GS as it will be a slightly more comfortable daily driver. Unless I missed it, you don't mention prices; that definitely would have a bearing on which I would choose. The general rule of thumb is to always buy the newest car you can afford with lower mileage; you can't defeat the long term effects that time has on a vehicle.
Z06 starts with a stiffer chassis, and not something that your going to be able to do to a GS to start with.
So if your looking for a road course car, is a no brainier to get the Z06. Also, supercharged LS3 or LS9 is not road course friendly, and without the GS having PTM, just going to road the tires off the car when trying to produce fast lap times.
On the other hand, if just a street car, then GS has more features for that type of driving instead.
Hence you can pull the roof off, and the suspension is a lot smoother as well.
And just a FYI, but for any cent you throw at the motor for more power on the C6, you need to be throwing a dime at the suspension to keep it's handing in line as well. So your listing engine mods, but not a single suspension mode to keep up with the added HP on either car.
As an owner of a procharged C6z, I’d say go with the GS in this situation. I’d also be very meticulous going over each of these cars. Buying a heavily modified used car with that many miles is a big gamble. Does either car have bottom end work done?
The GS being the centri car it’s capabilities are much higher with just a few changes, the ZO6 not so much.

I have to agree here... the GS with the procharger has higher capabilities with less money into it, specially if it's a manual cuz then you have a dry sump handbuilt engine, if it's and auto than not so much.
