Corvette ls2 6.0 v8

The intake ports on the LS7 intake manifold and the intake ports on your LS2 heads are completely different.
BTW ... The LS3 intake manifold won't fit your LS2 engine either.

If you want to make the change, get a set of LS3 heads and an LS3 intake manifold

My research indicates that you'll also need the LS3 injectors and probably the fuel rail. Might as well go to the LS3 MAF and airbox while you're at it, and you can buy a $10 harness to adapt the LS2 MAF connection to the LS3 cartridge style MAF. Any and all of this will require a retune. I've got ported heads and a cam, so I'll be trying this soon and will post results when I go for a dyno tune.
I wouldn't even bother with ANY of this if you haven't got ported heads, long tubes, and a big cam. The LS3 heads would further improve performance due to larger straighter runners and larger valves. Google says the LS3 intake manifold can be further improved with light cleanup porting and the "rod mod".
** I make no claims as to the effectiveness of the cathedral port to rectangle port adapters, they may kill flow, I don't know. No flow bench here, but I suspect the added turn isn't too bad. **
