CEL/scan tool issue on 2011 GS
2011 GrandSportCorvette/dry sump. Car sat for 2 month so I pulled fuel pump relay so I could crank it and avoid dry start. Replaced relay and car ran fine.
C.E.L. came on dash. Actron CP9185 screen said "Operating error, check connections & retry". I could not get it to read anything. The C.E.L. stayed on, thus fuse must be good. At Autozone, their code reader could not connect & their tech's personal WiFi reader also failed. Their is no corrosion on the connections. Actron told me to use Global setting on the CP9185, to no avail. The Actron CP9185 works fine on my 2000 Maxima. The C6 runs fine...I just want to shut the C.E.L. off. Help!
