Just completed the install of Speed Engineering header and mid-pipe on 2013 Base coupe. Also added DEI tunnel insulation while the exhaust system was out (my console gets crazy hot). Sound is awesome and the NPP calms it down just enough to be perfect. Dramatic increase in level and tone with NPP open. This is a daily street driven car so don't want it too loud. Reports of the crappiness of the clamping system on this setup are all totally correct. So I have ordered band style clamps to replace the ones provided by SE. Also ordered 31 inch o2 extensions...the 24 inch extensions purchased with the system are too short in my opinion and will burn up pretty quick. 31 inch tuck away nicely. Have extra 24" extensions if somebody needs them.
Nice. I'm running the same setup and yes I went with the 31 inch 02 extensions. I haven't really had any issues with the clamps, they are like the OEM ones, actually had them apart a few times for tranny service and tranny cable replacement. Oh and the chevy dealer had them and the whole underside apart to fix the gas fumes/leak issue. I guess eventually I'll go with the band style clamp if need be.
Actually I run with the npp open all the time. I'm retired so this is not a daily driver but we do get up and out early on club events.
Wait till you get a tune, it will feel like a new motor......
Looks nice! Glad they worked for you. I tried installing them last winter on my 05 6 speed and no matter what I did they wouldn't clear my clutch bell housing.

Thanks for posting this info. I've been looking at these headers and also have the NPP. I'll be sure to order the 31 inc O2 extensions and different clamps.

I dont think SE offers the 31 inch extenders...theirs are 24 inch, you will need to find another vendor for those. Got clamps from JEGS but they are available from numerous other vendors. I know that some people fit up the system, mark it, and then weld (or have it welded) a bunch of the connections which makes sense if you have the time and patience. The beauty of this system is the $$ savings more than the fitment if you are willing to fuss around with it a bit.
As mentioned above, mine hit the bellhousing as well. I think it is only a problem with manual trans models. Had to beat a couple of the pipes (one on either side) to make them fit. At first i thought the x-pipe was made too narrow but it was the headers hitting the bellhousing and spreading apart. If I had paid more than what I did for them I might have been more pissed. I lived with their clamps for a few months but am much happier with NAPA stainless band clamps. My 100k miles LS3 made 419hp with stock airbox with these headers and recently trapped 123 after the Vararam install...

Sorry to hear about the fit. My headers went in real easy with no interference (2013 with A6). The rest of the piping is a little chancy for fit but patience wins out with this install. So far so good. and it is wicked loud with the NPP open.
