I put New Power Stop Track pads, New SS brake lines, New AC Delco Rotors. I also rebuilt the Stock GM Calipers on my C6 ZO6. Did the recommended brake in 60 mph stop 10x. cool down. 80 mph stop 10x. We put 60 miles on the new pads, and they squeal bad! When I drive thru town at 25 mph they squeal ( when they get warm) I reached out to Power Stop, They want proof of purchase and 3 forms of ID ( sarcasm) before they answer my question. any suggestion?

Track pads will do this .How many times a year do you track the car? If track pads are not up to temp they will eat your rotor faster.

Track pads demand high heat (i.e. continuous hi-speed braking applications) in order to operate properly.....that's why they're called "track pads". In normal street driving, they will be noisy & exhibit LONGER STOPPING DISTANCES than street pads. If you chose not to replace the pads, you could try applying a thin layer of hi-temp grease to the backside of the existing pads....be careful to not get any grease on the face of the pads or on the rotor swept surfaces. Squeal can be caused by rapid vibration of the pad in the caliper & the film of grease serves to dampen those vibrations.
The z24 or z26 power stop pads would likely work better for you. But even those street performance pads can be a little noisy when not warmed up. Part of the game with a sports car vs a luxury sedan.
