Default NC performance shops

Does anyone know of any good performance shops in North Carolina? I am looking to get a cai, headers, cam and a tune done on my 2013 GS. Thanks in advance.

Two in the Raleigh area , Mayhem Motorsports (Raleigh) and RPM in Garner. Both can do you a great job. I will be heading to RPM as soon as all the parts come in and the virus thing is over.

Mayhem Motorsports in Raleigh. Did a ton of work for me and they were referred by RPM Transmissions.

Besides those two, CAM (Carolina Auto Masters) in Burlington. The opposite direction of where you are, but another option for LS shop.

I've been to RPM and CAM myself various times, good stuff.

Jeff @ CAM, the owner/operator, is very knowledgeable on LS, and has some very high-end customers. Same with RPM, however they are more 'get you in, get you out', as they are backed up scheduling wise for weeks. That being said, they both do great work, at reasonable prices.

I like RPM in Garner. Nice guys...clean shop, good dyno. When you're in the Goldsboro area...hit me up, I'll cruise up there with you. (To Mayhem as well...I've never been to that shop and have been meaning to check it out).

Another vote for CAM in Burlington. Been going there since a long time ago when they were in Durham. Jeff is super knowledgeable on all GM fuel injected engines from recent and going way back. Good work on all types of vehicles but especially GM OBDII stuff and price is usually reasonable. They also do tuning and have a dyno there if you are so inclined.

I would suggest competition auto in fayetteville, they are really well known in the mustang tuner world but Carl also has built plenty of monster LS and LT motors when I had my Hellcat down there last week they had a z06 that was well over 800 a procharged c7 gs and a newer Camaro that was making over 550 at the wheels N/A
