Hey guys , with the slow down in life these days I’ve had some time to work on the car finally. Been almost 2 years since I’ve driven it. I have Viking double adjustable shocks . Still set from last time at the track. What type of settings are you guys running for daily driving . Roads are not the best here in northern Illinois. Any help is appreciated.
Obviously you can soften them up some - but I would contact Viking and ask for some recommended settings...all good manufacturer's will have this
yes . They have been perfect to deal with over the years. I do have their recommendations for starting points. I was just hoping for some people’s actual real world settings when daily driving the car. Thanks for the help.
How durable are the Viking shocks for a daily driver? I put a set of Aldan coil overs on my 2007 and the handling was good but I experienced 3 failures on the rear shocks in 30,000 miles. I replaced my 2007 with a 2011 GS and I'm planning to do the coilover conversion and wanted to get double-adjustable shocks and the Vikings look like they have the features I want at a decent price point. How many miles have you guys put on the Viking coil overs?
