Default Confusion about NPP exhaust

Hi

So I got a problem figuring out the right NPP exhaust Part Numbers for my Corvette C6 LS3. Looking into the VIN it's an 2008. Now I wanted to fit the NPP Exhaust Option. But to have this street legal in switzerland, the partnumbers on the mufflers need to match the numbers in the "Typengenehmigung". This is a official document that shows which parts belong to the car and which don't. And as the government has gotten pretty strict about exhaust modifications, I can't "just bolt on some other mufflers".

Having looked into the Typengenehmigung Mufflers with the following part numbers are legal:

15140217
25839146
25839148
and
15140218
25839147
25839149

So I found that the numbers ending in 148 and 149 are the NPP Mufflers, but these are only for the 2009 MY. Is there a mistake in the document? Or will these exhaust also fit my 2008? Or were there any "mixed up" corvettes between the Model years?

Thanks in advance

I just replaced my 09 npp mufflers, here is a photo of left and right side with part numbers. If I recall the 08’s have a different length passenger side over the axle pipe.

You must use 2008 only mufflers to fit your car

You will need these part numbers off a 2008

LH - 15879288
RH - 15879289

I put them on my 2007 years ago. Direct bolt on
