Have an issue I need some help with on my C6 ZR1, pump gas, pully car. The car runs great out of boost but as soon as it gets into boost it breaks up. The plugs are new, front O2 sensors are new and I'm stumped. All 3 MAP sensors are reading using SnapON Scanner, no check engine lights. Any ideas?
Check/clean the Maf sensor, and check the by-pass valve on the TVS,, that is closing all the way when you first get on boost.
Also, double check what PTM number you are running the car at, since it may be too much HP to the ground that is breaking the tires, with PTM kicking in isntead.
As for over spooling on the TVS, going to have problems on pump gas, since it octane level is too low, and motor is going to dive into the low octane tables from the detonation from the start. So either car needs to go to E85, or at least get a meth kit on it to both increase octane levels, and help with the heat as well.
Well the car made 972HP on E90 no meth but during regular driving it's going lean and bucking after driven for a while...
Any idea what could cause this? Injectors are new and oxygen sensors are new as well. Tuner can't figure it out neither can I. Is it possible coils are causing an issue once the cars gotten hot?

The car wouldn't have made the power it did if he didn't know what he was doing... He's good at what he does but we think it's an issue with car, not tune

I see you’re in Indiana, id ship it to RPM to have Fran sort it if it was my car. Good luck
I hope to have an answer for you in a few days. One issue was turbulence to the MAF sensor. The Kong intake takes a lot of work to get right, sold it and swapped in the Synergy intake, the surge/bucking is gone. Waiting on new tuner to retune the car and I'll report back.
