My new to me C6Z side mirrors “droop” every time I go out to start the car and are pointing towards the ground. I use the remote motor to adjust it back to a reasonable point to where I can see out of them again. The next morning? Back to looking at the ground again. Any thoughts?
At first, I thought it was a setting so that you could look “curbside” for backing out......but now I’m not sure........
With fob number one, or fob number two (which every you use to drive the car), set the mirrors that way you want them, then press and hold the memory button that matches the fob number on the door for about 4 seconds until you hear the beeps.
If car still have a problem, then pull the drivers seat and replace the cracked memory module power connector that is causing the memory module to lose power as you get in and out of the seat.

Dano523, I just wanted to give you an update. I have swapped the key FOBs and started using the “Driver 1” FOB. So far, for 24h the mirrors have stayed exactly where I set them after driving the last time. It ‘seems’ as if I need to adjust the memory settings with FOB - 2.
I’m sorry it appears to be something rather simple, but I just couldn’t figure it out the first several day’s ownership of the car.
Thank you again so much for your help and for posting a link to the video. Hopefully I won’t have to go to those lengths since the problem may be rectified.
