Your going to need to give us more info on those wheels other than ... "Will these fit under my base C6 with 305-17 drag radials without rubbing" ?
I have never seen those wheels before ... What did they come off of ?
Width ?
Offset ?
Bolt Pattern ?
Again, you can't just show a photo of some unknown wheel and ask if they will fit on a C6

To the OP, you might check the width on those 17's. The 17's came on the front of a C5. Not sure they're wide enough for a 305 width tire. The wider 18's were on the rear.

Yeah, they will fit a C6. My used 2013 narrow body C6 came with these rims. Still have them. Apparently, the previous owner thought that they would ride smoother with more meat between the rim and the road. Butt ugly doesn't do them justice though. They're uglier than that.
