When I plug in my Dashlogic to my PC it doesn't recognize it. It's on config and the green light is on. Nothing comes up in the devices as well. Almost as if it's not plugged into the computer at all. Any idea how to remedy?
I'm using the Beta software and DL went from running 99% of the time, to NOT working 99% of the time over the last 1-2 years. My unit is ~4 years old. Same model they sale now though.
I was about to start a thread asking for help...

Yes. I can't even get past step 3 in the guide. Is there a specific cord for the USB connection? I'm using one we have for another device and just wondering if that's the problem.

I have used several different cables with mine and it has always worked.
Not sure. I don't think they make that type of cord & connectors as a charge only? I'd try another cord..?

Tried a few different cords. Nothing. Even tried a different computer and still didn't work.
I recently had the same problem. I tried a few cords and it was still a no-go. ....Then I tried one more I found and it's been 100% ever since. Dashlogic seems to be very picky about which cord you use to connect to your PC.

I have the same issue with my phone (Samsung). Unless I use a "data cable" my laptop will not "see" it.
