New guy needing help
hello everyone I might have my first issue with my newly purchased 13 C6 base. The last couple of days I've been hearing what sounds like random small chirping birds under the hood. I took a small vid of what might be the problem. Please any help is much appreciated.

It sounds like the upper belt tensioner pulley bearing. Mine sounded the same as that. I removed the bearing caps from the pulley and added grease, and the noise went away. I replaced it with a new one.
From the video that you posted, it appears that the harmonic balance doesn't have a wobble, so that is likely not the issue.
A mechanical stethoscope can be used to pinpoint the trouble area. A small pipe or steel rod can also be used to pinpoint the problem. Check out the video.
