Two-piece rotor

I'm going to need to replace the brake rotors and pads on my 2008 Base coupe with Z51. I'm curious if anyone makes rotors for this in a two-piece design.

Yes. Dba is the name of the company that makes 2 piece rotors. For pads I recommend Carbotech brakes pads to go with the rotors. I will be happy to help you out with the brake pads if you choose to go with Carbotech. The rotors I do not sell here is info for them http://www.dbausa.com/

Thanks. I just checked their website. The two-piece are Pricey! Didn't really check to see if it's good for street application. Got jolted by the price and stopped.

Yes, they are not cheap.. For street don't waste your $$$ get some Centric premium rotors and be done use them with the Carbotech 1521 pads and you will be good to go for many many miles..

Check out Zip Corvette.com. they sell some of the lightest 2 pieces available. Both for track and options for street.
