So I had a Piston fail in cylinder 7 of my ls2, pulled the motor while supporting torque tube all that jazz. Motor getting forged and built for me for the last month or so and now I'm about a week away from getting it back to put in. Anyway the cars been in my work garage with torque tube supported for over a month no issue till yesterday one of the mechanics without saying anything took it upon himself to move my car forward needless to say kicking the torque tube off the jack stands and allowing it to hit the ground. Not very happy any ideas on what may have / could have broke. I'm new to all this and been learning as I go with as much research as possible this however was a surprise to me today when I saw it and just trying to get some knowledge before tackling it.thanks ahead of time for any help

Big boot to the nut's will cure him of his bad habits
Some LS2's had an issue with #7, make sure you install rear steam vents, there are alot of kits out there some very expensive, Trick flow makes some nice low profile ones , you add 1/4 inch NPT hose barbs and a coupls of brass T's and WA-LA rear steam vents, just reuse the front vents and bring the 1'4 heater hose around and T into that one
