service traction system and engine light

service traction system and engine light *Please Help*
Hello, I was wondering if anyone can help on this. While in a drive thru, my service traction system lit up along with the little engine light. On take off, it sputters. I checked wires, unplugged the battery to try and reset. I also took it for a scan and it says system miscommunication can't read tcm so no codes to read.. I did notice the trans temp is reading xxx with no temperature number? All other temps like coolant, engine ect. Is reading correctly. I was wondering if anyone has experienced this? Thanks.
