Default Possibly bad ECM?

I have a base 06 LS2 with ECS supercharger. Last night I installed the flex fuel conversion from DSX tuning. I wired the sensor to the ecm and toned it out. Car has yet to be tuned for flex so to my knowledge the sensor does nothing. While driving today I noticed the car suddenly started running and sounding bad. I pulled codes and got a PO201. Cylinder 1 Injector. I checked the plug from pin to pin and noticed there was no pulse. Traced wiring as good as I could and all looked fine. Let the car sit and cool and cranked it and the pulse was back and car running good. 2 miles up the road the issue came back. PO201 again. I forgot to disconnect the battery when pulling the J1 plug and installing the flex wire. Could I have damaged the ECM plugging it back up with the battery connected? Seems too coincidental that this issue surfaced as soon as I added that wire. From the schematic I found online, the injector pins are on the J2 plug. I only removed the J1, J2 was untouched.

I unplugged the ECM over night just to see what that did. Drove the car to lunch today and all was good. Cranked it back to leave and the issued popped back up. When I got home I checked and had positive voltage on one pin as I should but the ECM ground wire had nothing.

All signs point to ECM. If so where can I find one? I believe it is an E38
