With a bad back I’d suggest bringing it to a shop that is good at diagnostics...it’s not going to be easy to troubleshoot anyway since it can be a few things causing a misfire...ignition, fuel injection, or something mechanical.

I would try to rule out ignition first, but if that checks out, then I think you are going to have to pull that valve cover and see if there is play in your #7 rocker arms, which may be caused by a valve lifter problem.
