Clear fluid by driver front tire
Hence could be brake fluid from leaking caliber, would be just water draining out of the HVAC air box like normal, or just about any other fluid in the car that is pipe through that location that has a leak instead.
If just clean water out of the HVAC box, again normal.
The drain line is part number 27,

And when the car is running (even with just the heater on), the HVAC system pulls the humidity out of the air, it collects on the HVAC coil in the air box (think ice), and when you shut the car off, the ice melts off the coils and drains out of the box out the drain line. Since the drain line is right over the muffler piping, your normally here a ping noise as the water drops off the drain line, and hits the hot muffler piping as you get out the car.
And again, even when you are using the heater, the HVAC system is turned on as well for a short time, to draw the humidity out of the air, to keep the inside of the windows from frosting up (until the air/windshield gets warm enough to prevent the moisture from freezing to the cold windshield).

Small leaks make a mark, but might not be indicated by a lower fluid level...a few drops from any system probably would not be reflected in the level...depends
