Traction Control Wheel Speed Difference

I have a C6 base with C6Z brakes. I am considering doing rear C5Z wheels on 4 corners.

My question:
What is the “wheel speed / tire diameter” differential required to maintain traction control?

C5Z rears work on the front according to some research.
