Are you asking about quick release hubs which your steering wheel attaches to that enables the quick release function.
Steering wheels come in a bunch of different sizes, diameter, shapes, material, depth, etc. It’s personal preference.
I’m using an MPI GT13 wheel because I like the smaller diameter suede wheel and an NRG 2.8 quick release. The QR is very well made, it’s self centering, smooth on/off, ZERO slop, easy install, not outrageously priced.

With the quick release & hub, do you use a flat or dished wheel to put the rim in approx. the stock location? The one in the picture looks flat or maybe slightly dished.
