Default Best options for Auto swap

I thought I had a th400 swap lined up and it appears that the shop is not going to fulfill my order.
what’s my next best option or does anyone know of a place offering it? RPMs pricing on it is too high for me and I’m not wanting to do a powerglide. I’d like to still roll race as well as track. Turbo car w a Holley terminator making around 1k hp.

You're converting to an engine-mounted tranny? If so, how about a 4L80E since you have to hog out the tunnel anyway

Well this kit actually keeps the trans in the back so there was no cutting of the tunnel. This guy makes custom billet adapter plates and driveshaft to keep everything in the back. I know a few people online who use his kit and its badass, if you can actually get him to ship it out to you. Doesn't look like I am going to be that luck.

I have a complete 4l60 swap kit available. Have the trans built to handle the power and you should be good to go. It's all from a 05 4l60 car. I know guys don't love the 4l60s but if built right they can handle some decent power.

Default Auto swap

I have a 4L60 swap done by RPM and it has been flawless. It has held up to around 1000 rear wheel hp
and has dozens of runs on it. Right now it has it easy with only around 600 to the wheels.

The 4L65E is stronger than the A6
