Reason: More info
If you have a scan tool do you have any current or pending DTC’d ??...do you mean current DTC’s when you say “hard codes” ??...this can be a number of things but if you have a scan tool and can interpret data PIDS that may give you some direction...di electric grease is actually an insulator so you have to be careful when you use it on plugs and plug wires...your concern may be TPS, MAF sensor, fuel pressure and a few more I may have missed.
Most likely a dirty throttle body. I use a lint free rag with rubbing alcohol to wipe the throttle body (including as far as I can reach into it, which is typically all the way to the end) and throttle blade (front side, back side, and the thin edge) down until it's clean. You could also spray your MAF down with MAF cleaner. I just finished doing this on the wife's 2014 Charger (83k miles) as I was noticing a slight hesitation at any throttle tip-in. The hesitation is now gone.

This is what I was thinking. I had the same thing happening to me when my TB went bad. But I was throwing a CEL when that happened. Try cleaning first. Also, check plug cables to make sure nothing came loose.
