06 twin-turbo, cammed etc 650whp on stock internals currently at 100k mi (60k miles fI).
The only serious issue I had was a lifter taking out the cam around 80k miles. However there are many non FI LS engines with lifter failure and really had zero to do with running a low amount of boost.
