Default Supercharger

I want to put a supercharger on my 2006 c6 base corvette automatic do I have to do a cam kit first or can I do the cam later and will it hurt my engine and how much hp should I expect to gain? It's my first corvette I was told by a shop it only has around 345 to 350ish hp stock even though everything I've looked up say it has 400hp kind of confusing would like a little more information before I start my mods thanks.

The LS2 is rated from the factory at 400 Net SAE HP .... that means that it makes 400 HP at the crankshaft under standard SAE environmental conditions.

However, it don't make 400 HP at the rear wheels ... The car will loose between 13% to 15% HP at the rear wheels do to drivetrain friction (parasitic HP loss).

So, that 400 Net HP turns into around 350 RWHP (Rear Wheel HP) when run on a dyno.
