How much hp can I get from a stage 1 cam headers and CAI with a tune on a 2006 ls2 automatic?

Probably gain 30-40 with just the headers and a tune. Depending on what specs of the cam, maybe another 40-50ish. Not sure you will see any gain from the CAI and that all depends on exactly what setup you are talking about (maybe a better curve). Just estimates, but probably in the ballpark.

This is pretty much correct. Around 40 for the cam and 30 to 35 for the headers.. You will be around 390 to maybe 400 at the wheel with a good tune. Figure a 20 % reduction for being an Automatic.

Throttle Body and its recommended to use the NW aka Nick Williams to match the Fast 102 now if i were you and you have a solid tuner look at a stage 2 or even a stage 3 cam Cam Motions and BTR seem to be the most popular but there are many other solid choices now if you really want just a mild easy going cam look at the Cam Motions mild stage 3 cam look Grind # XA220/350-XA230/350-17+4
Duration at .050 - 220/230
Lift with 1.7 - .595/.595
Lobe separation 117
Intake center line 113

Stage 1 is kinda of a generic term when it comes to cams. What cam specifically are you looking at? (Brand, specs, etc).

Also keep in mind with the cost of headers, the cam, springs, pushrods, intake, throttle-body, labor, and tuning you are quickly approaching the cost of a supercharger which will give you much much more power/torque. And if you do either a cam or a S/C replace your damn harmonic balancer at the same time. Either way sh*@ gets pricey.
