Default C6 System Flushes etc.

I have a 2008 convertible with Z51 and base 6.2L engine. My vehicle was purchased new by me. It has 39,000 miles on it. It is not a daily driver. I have never changed the automatic Transmission, coolant, differential fluids and now am looking for opinions. I am not a gear head but appreciate the knowledge that this forum has provided over the years. I appreciate the opinions of this knowledgeable group. Changing fluids raises some questions as follows:

1. The automatic transmission GM part number for the filter kit is 24236931. What is the difference between the kit and GM 24236933?
2. Do you need to replace the magnet (GM29535617)?
3. I used Red Line D4 ATF in my 2001, and I am contemplating using Red Line D6 ATF or Mobil 1 Full Synthetic LV Automatic Transmission Fluid(Touted to perform better than DEXRON VI). I need some opinions on whether you would forgo DEXRON VI in favor of these synthetics?
4. Would you change the oil in the differential?

All opinions appreciated

fwiw.
I can't answer your part number question.
1) I would drain and refill the transmission, not a flush, using GM's recommended oil.
No need to change the magnet, just clean the pan and magnet, but yes change the filter with its related o-ring and the pan gasket.
Take care when re-torqueing the pan bolts.
2) I'd also change the diff, if I was doing the trans. Again drain and refill using GM oil. Noting I recall the GM diff oil takes 2 bottles at about $35 a piece.
3) Coolant, yes, here a multiple drain and flush until you clean clear water, then fill fill coolant. Search a DIY on this forum for guidance. But, yes, you are probably okay doing a coolant system power flush.
4) Don't forget you brake fluid and power steering fluid.
Properly you need a Tech II to open the ABS system for the brake oil, but can be done without this tool with no ill effects.
For the PS fluid a turkey baster method, multiple times - perhaps every 50 miles, will also be okay.

There is much debate about oil brands, I am conservative and would just use the GM "stuff" except the brake fluid.
For BF I would look to better dry wet spec than GM OEM and this forum will offer many suggestions.
DOT 3 Ford Super High Performance brake fluid is a bang for the buck for a Vette.

Have fun.
