Default C5Z or Ls3 Vette.

Herr is my story... i have an Auto 2008 Ls3 on some headers, intake, exahaust and tuned. I raced a C5Z manual on headers, exhaust, intake, cam, injectors, E85 and tune. Somehow i manage to beat him. Is this believable?
do u guys think his tune is bad and last question, is an LS3 more responsive to such mods over an old LS6?

Its believable if hes not a good driver or his car isn't sorted. C5Z is lighter, and should make more power than your car does. LS3 is a little more expensive to mod than the C5 but they are pretty similar.

A C5Z is a manual car so it’s most likely driver error, no offense. The Z should be the faster car for sure. Maybe he had traction issues? Or just isn’t a great driver

I agree with u guys. I still think its his tune. We did 3 rolls. A 40, 50 and 60. I took him all 3 times. Ima ask him to get re tune by my tuner.

Tell that to the stick shift guys that run 8s and still do rolls on the streets. Or the GTR’s and lambos that run 8s that do the same. A lot of really good drivers run on the street. Heck some of the best drivers i know still occasionally do rolls.

The stats given the c5z should’ve had it.

ls3 is best for potential, the cylinder heads...

No very believable, don't underestimate the LS3 especially one on headers, exhaust, & a tune.
I raced & beat my friend in his stock C5Z w/ my stock C6
