I searched and this is what you purchased:
Hopefully, you can exchange or return for replacement.

Unfortunately, it looks like the Diff fits the manual and not the automatic transmission. Are you having a problem installing or noticed a difference between them?Hopefully, you can exchange or return for replacement.

Apparently not, I did find a 3.15 ratio for an A4 the last digit was a "5" or a "6". But I am no expert on this subject, this was the information I turned up during browser searches. I am sure that some of the more technical forum members will chime in to confirm or deny what I have found.
