Default 2005 Differential Upgrade

I am looking to upgrade my 05 rear to a 2006 with 3.73 or 3.90 ratio.
I am in NJ and wondering if anyone knows of a shop, or has done themselves. I will also be adding the LG Trans and diff coolers.
Lastly, I have been shopping for the rear and adapter. Looked at RPM, Zip, West Coast, and wondering if anyone has any suggestions regarding ordering the new diff.
Thanks!

You can’t possibly do better than RPM Transmissions. There’s them then everyone else. Give them a call.

RPM Transmissions built and installed my Z diff and rebuilt the manual trans for what I thought was a good price for what was done. That business is run like rehearsed symphony and cleaner than some kitchens I’ve been in.

Thanks everyone, I appreciate the input.

I just spoke with Rick at RKT for a while, and had a great conversation about this. He explained that my Z51 trans has a 2:97 ratio, and that a base trans has 2:61. He thought that moving to a base trans (rebuilt) and putting 3.73 gears in an upgraded 2006 rear would be a great set up. Thoughts?
