Default Clutch Help!

I have a 2008 c6 with a McLeod Rxt clutch and I’m trying to pinpoint an issue I’m having. Last week I did 2 little launches with a higher rev and semi dumped the clutch. Driving home I noticed the clutch pedal started to feel sloppy and by the time I got home it got worse. I put the car in reverse and the pedal got stuck to the floor. Turned the car off and pulled the pedal up. I changed the fluid and Im still having this issue. There’s no leaks and the car can still go in every gear. Pedal pressure is fine when the car is off but when you turn it on it gets really sloppy and soft and there really isn’t a good grab. Could this be the Master? Slave? I just really don’t know at this point and just looking toward a direction.

sounds like you need a fresh master.... got a black clutch reservoir? if it's clear it's new OLD version....

you do a real factory bleed when you put it back together? this is the only real way (gm method) to bleed air from the system...

Correction, the clear reservoir is the original and the black reservoir is the new updated mc. Part #19331709.

Looking for info on how to bleed it once I install the new part. (Current part is original/clear).

Unless you have a remote bleeder, you will just need to use the "Ranger" method. Ranger method is just working the clutch pedal, change fluid, work clutch pedal, change fluid, etc. until you think it is good to go.

you can drop the front cradle several inches without disconnecting anything and access the OEM bleed screw. It tight but you can do it!
