There's probably a zillion threads on tires and I've looked at enough already. I need new tires and do not care about performance so much, but more about longevity.
I currently have Michelin PS and they are shot after 20k, mostly because of a too-aggressive alignment in the front.
A lot of tires don't seem to be available right now, thanks to the gov't shutting stuff down last year. I definitely want ZPs.
Aside from Goodyears, Tirerack only has Michelins ($1300) and Potenza,($908) LINK -- which seem to be about the same performance-wise. Is there anything available that will last longer? I will get the car properly aligned after the new tires are on.
Just put the continental extreme contacts on and wow what a difference. Had the Goodyear runflats and I will never go back to runflats again. Car handles better and so much quieter. Can’t recommend these enough.

I know I'll probably get flamed for it , but I used to really like the Ohtsu FP800. cheap, quiet, wear great and decent traction. Only reason I don't have them now is because I added a pro charger and had to go to drag radials.
