Probably a silly question but would the TPMS need reprogramming if they came off an 06 going on 08 year? wheels came off my 2006 but after driving shows xx on the dash? Or possibly dead sensors?
making sure before I spend 380$…
(yes drove a few 100 miles & still the same issue)
Any time you switch to different tires you need to reprogram the TPMS sensors.
I use the Autokcan TPMS Relearn Tool, OEC T5 Super EL-50448 Compatible with GM Tire Pressure Monitor Sensor TPMS Reset Tool
The 2005 through 2009 use a different sensor than 2010 and newer.
05-09 are the same. You would need a relearn tool if you dont have one. They’re so cheap, it’s worth buying instead if having to go to a dealer everytime you swap wheels.
When those wheels were on my 06z, never had a TPMS message display but after a year (stored) when I put those wheels on my 08z it started that’s why I was questioning if the year difference could be it.

Are you stating that your did the relearn procedure with EL-50448 with the car in ACC mode. Did the car indicate that it was in relearn mode? Did you get one horn beep when you did the LF, then RF, then RR and two beeps when you finished with the LR?
