Sorry you didn't get any help ... You may get more help if you would post this same thread in the C6 Forced Induction forum:

Chill a bit man, you're not the only one who has experienced this issue and especially running an IRON Block -

If you do not get you answer here from the F/I section here
https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...n-nitrous-123/

Then ask here as many in the C5 F/I have run Iron Blocks for years and have experienced heating issues -
https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...on-nitrous-86/

In the interim, I did not see or at least could not see from your photos any test done on your coolant for gases, it's a simple check that either you can do or that your mechanic can do for you to ensure that you do not have a head gasket issue, and before you say I don't have water in my oil.....you can actually be pushing water and not knowing it. It has happened to many of us.

Secondly, you never said, just posted tiny pics of you list of parts, What radiator are you running? What coolant are you running?

Thirdly, you never mentioned that you have entirely cleaned out you A/C condenser ensuring that you have proper airflow! has this been done? or if your radiator is completely clean and unobstructed?

Fourthly, is all air being directed through the radiator and not escaping to one side or the other or even both? (see A&A's kits how they seal the sides of the radiator to ensure proper airflow)

Fifthly, did you remove your thermostat as some have? if you did then you should not have, put it back in, if you didn't then that's good.

Sixthly, you never said that you replaced your water pump with a hi-flow or even a new one- did you? or are you running an EWP?

Seventhly, you state: Pro charger D1SC - leaks from top bolt when engaged only - can you elaborate please? do you have a picture better than the ones that you posted of your parts list? because it is very possible that the oil is bypassing the internal seal (if it is what and where I am thinking about on your D1) and pushing oil out - a picture will be helpful! If you can get the scanner to the D1 on the Vette so we can see it that would be great! sorry couldn't help it!

Eighthly, have "YOU" ensured that you fan is working properly, the way it should?

Ninthly, you never mentioned if you have heat evacuation vents in your hood or a heat exchanger hood - do you have either or do you have a stock hood?

Note: just because you have an Iron block it does not necessarily mean it has to run hot, they tend to want to in Vettes due to limited space and heat retention and not the best of air flow and evacuation, but it can be done and can be a good marriage of the two.

When you provide information and not just parts lists, it will really help us to help you -

Word of caution, before you get pissy at us for not chiming in and trying to help, try giving more thought to your post and information therein, plus this is the first that I had a chance to log in and check this section and I almost bypassed it not wanting to go down the F/I again, buuuuuut here I am and here are others trying to assist. There are many many more questions to ask but let's just get started with what we have here first. We get it and we all understand not having the Vette running right or it being down for repairs - patience my man!

Feel free to answer the questions if you can or want to -

thanks,Matt
