Parking brake
I parked on a steep driveway a while back and the brake wouldn't hold the car while I had my clutch pushed down. Left in gear was ok, but I put a rock in front of the wheel anyway.
Cancel this, I had a senior moment and didn't check google or youtube which have all the info I need.

As for when time to re-adjust, if lever can be raised more then 13 click, with the last click at the point your about to break your wrist.
So normal right after adjustment is about 9 clicks, but don't get too greedy, since parking shoes adjusted out too far, will end up with them dragging as the rotors are rotating (read want no hiss of the shoes off the drums as you turn the rotor for a full turn).
And yes, since you need to be able to pull and reinstall the rotors to adjust correctly, if the drum section does have an outer lip, have that lip turned to be flush with the rest of the drum (don't need to turn the entire drum sections, just the non wear lip section back down to the rest of the surface).
