You can lower the OEM bolts that are now in your car, unless they are set at the lowest point now. If you want new ones installed, It would take someone approx an hour or less to loosen the transveral spring remove the OEM bolts and install the new bolts.
I agree with guy above take a look on line videos you can lower the car unless bolts are at bottom now. That being said your bushings may also be shot on the bottom and need to be replaced - see photo. A shop might charge you a couple of hours to install new ones what happens is as you try to take them out the screw can get stuck and takes a little bit to get out. I did mine with no lift I did the upper control arm removal method it was about an hour a tire but a lift you could do it quicker.
don't remove the spring, drop the control arms down out of the way. Removing the springs is not a job for novices, and getting it back in would be nearly impossible as it has to be loaded/curved to go back into place
