Horn is dead, I have checked and changed fuse and bought new relay. Boy do I miss it with all the idiots on road.
Any ideas? How would I pull steering cover to check contacts?

If the car is an automatic see if the paddles still work. If they don't then your clock spring is likely bad as it controls both those and the horn.
I went through the same situation a few months ago on my 07'. Checked the relays and fuses, all OK.
So, I went under the front and checked the horn connectors. They looked OK but, I cleaned them and voila' that solved the problem. Now, everything is back to normal. I guess some moisture got into them and caused some corrosion that was easily fixed.
Just tried it again. I felt no shifting of gears when in S M mode, on the HUD. My garage guy says there should definitely feel shifting up or down so this must be the problem. However, he says these springs are hard to find right now, OH goodie!
