Weird Question. Recently had a RPM Diff installed. I've noticed this prior to the diff install as well, but I have a intermittent "CLICK" [just one click] from what sounds like the Rear Driver Side Wheel? It only happens during taking off/accelerating from a stop light [normal street not WOT] after the clutch engagement/suspension loading... anything I can check while I have it in the air during the 500 mile diff fluid change per RPM in a few weeks?

Just one click is very likely to be the axle nut. CV joints would keep clicking.
If it's the nut, when you lift off the throttle abruptly at medium/high RPM it should click again, once. Then get back on the gas and it should click one more time.

yes, I've noticed that as well. I also was able to replicate it with a slight jerk/lug from releasing the clutch too quickly [almost dump it] going into second at low speed [20-30 mph]

The prevailing opinion here is to apply red Loctite (don't) and torque the nut to a billion pound-feet.
Or you can do what I did and apply high-moly grease to the splines and the flat at the base of the splines. That was nearly 15 years ago and they're still quiet.
Buy two new nuts. Do not reuse the old nuts except as lock nuts. Do both sides. Use red loctite. Use the old nuts as lock nuts. They will still fit under the center caps.
