2011 Base 3LT LS3 not starting

2011 Base 3LT LS3 not starting
I get in with the key fob, all the lights on dash light up like its ready to go and when I hit the start button everything on the dash just shuts down for about 5 seconds and then it powers up again. Just replaced the Torque Tube Assembly, went to start her up afterwards and this happens. Checked the Electrical connections at Trans and everything looks good. Its acting like the ECM has bricked, not sure how. Scanner wont sync with ECM. Getting low fuel alarm, abs alarm, and service engine notifications. Any idea? Anyone else seen this before?

This may be relevant; something I posted on LS1Tech recently.
Check the resistance on the OBD port; there needs to be a complete circuit so that the two 120 ohm terminating resistors (one in the fuel pump controller and one in the ecm) register 60 ohms on pins 6 & 14 of the OBD port. If you don't see 60 ohms +-, the engine will never fire and the fuel pump will never start/run and the OBD port will never see anything.
