e38 ECM help
hi
i am doing a standalone harness and got stuck, on x1 pin 20 its always hot thats good.
but can someone clarify one thing so basically x1 pin 19 should be connected to the Ignition hot which is the second position in the key?
so when it is in the second position key the ecm by it self will send signal on x1 59 which will turn on the powertrain relay that will power up x1 47 and all the pink wires like coil and injectors.
or should i manually send signal to a relay which will power up both x1 19, x1 47 and the and all the pink wires like coil and injectors.
