The bulbs that light up the buttons on the sides of the gauges are soldered in place. You have to take the bezel off the dash to get to the screws that hold the button assembly in place. Then you have to pop the assembly open to get to the circuit board the lights are on. You should be able to replace the burned out ones with a 7219 lamp, 12v 70ma is the rating for the typical replacement.
