Default CODE P0222 question where to start

I have a 2008 Base C6 with a supercharger that throws the P0222 code intermittently. Before that it was throwing the 2135 code and I replaced th gas pedal in and that code went away. It was throwing the code before the tuner installed the supercharger. I’ve read everything on here at least twice until I fell asleep. Dealer will not touch it with the supercharger but suspects it’s the computer and tuner says it will have to be flashed before he can tune the new computer. My question is how can the dealer flash the new computer if the computer has to be in the car. In other words if he flashers the computer without the tune I don’t think it would be safe to drive 50 miles to the tuner to put the tune back on the new computer. I’m not sure if the dealer can flash the computer while in the car and then take the computer out and have the tuner tune it or does the tuner have to have the computer in the car too. Also what type scanner do I need to check dead spots on the throttle body. From what I’ve read it’s either a bad wire from the throttle body, the throttle body itself or the computer. Need some advice on where to start

A labscope is best for checking the TPS signals for any drop outs !!…you can do it with a scan tool that can graph the signals but with a scan tool you’re looking at processed data !!
