Is anyone aware of an HVAC air flow schematic diagram that shows ductwork, doors and actuators, blower, etc.? I have looked all over for something like this but haven't found anything.
This section of the service manual will show you what you want.
Page 9 has one of many diagrams.
Thanks for the reply, but those diagrams are either electrical, or a physical diagram of the actual parts. I am looking for a schematic diagram that represents the entire system, and can be used to follow air flow through the system. It should show the intake with cabin filter, blower, heater core, evap core, mode doors with actuators, interconnecting ductwork, temperature sensors, air outlets, etc.

Sorry, that's all I have. Good Luck with your search. Page 9 showed all the parts, and I thought it was pretty evident how the air flow would be, based on the operation description starting on page 140. I'm not sure that there will be better diagrams than the service manuals. If you find one, please post it so we will all have access to it.
