Default Side marker light connector

Do any of you guys know who makes LED side marker lights that fit this female connection? I’ve reached out to our RPI but haven’t heard anything back from them yet.

Is this a factory type socket for side marker lights? Thanks in advance.

That is the factory connector but not the bulb socket. You twist that out of the side marker. You can either get just an led bulb or a side marker with built in leds. Check out Vette-lights as they make excellent products.

Here are a few pics. I hope I understood your question correctly.

The connector you showed plugs into this

Other side where the bulb goes and twists into the side marker

the small black connector is the new, gray one is the old. I’ve looked just about everywhere online and no one sells the gray type connector marker light. Vette-Lights don’t offer what I need either...

Looks to me like you plug the wire coming out of the new into the gray bulb socket and then twist it in and plug it up.

unfortunately they don’t mate up.so

much for plug/play. I guess I’ll have to cut off the old pig tail and solder it to the new marker lights

You are missing my point. Take the gray connector out of your old assembly, remove the bulb, plug wire from new side marker into bulb socket, twist gray connector into side marker, then plug it in. you reuse your gray connector from the old side marker.

The thing you are looking for should be attached to your original side marker. When un-installing the old light, do not unplug the electrical connector, just twist it and pull out the entire thing so the old bulb is exposed. Then pull the bulb and plug the LED connector in where the bulb was.

One final note, if for some reason the marker doesn't light up, plug the connector in the other way. On some side markers it matters which wires voltage and ground go to.
