Hi folks, can anyone provide some feedback on the NT555RII? I was going to order the ET Street R when I stumbled upon the Nitto. They are quite a bit cheaper too. Car makes close to 800rwhp so need something sticky. Thanks folks.

A forum member on here ran 10.18@137 mph with these nt555r2 tires on a 19" wheel. 1.5x 60 ft.
He has 620 rwhp or so. Not sure if they will hook with 800 rwhp but they seem like the step directly below a drag radial like MT ET street. The toss up is the 555r2 will wear less than the stickier MT ET street, simply have to choose between those 2 aspects, wear or all out traction.
I've got a set of them in 315/35/17 on the rear and while they're still not quite enough for 650whp on the street with 3.90 gears, they still impressed the hell out of me. Probably the stickiest tire that'll handle rain but I wouldn't expect them to outgrip a tire like the ET Street R in the dry.
I don’t expect them to hook as well as the MT but the reviews are good. Apparently they hook well when hot. I’ll be running the 28” tall so that should help too.
