No such thing as a kit, but if you pull one down and take a few measurements and bring the old bearings/seals with you , any hydraulic repair shop will have the needed parts to sell you so you can rebuild it yourself.
Bluntly, rebuilding one in regards to parts is not the expensive piece of the puzzle, but just being tooled correctly to break one down and put it back together the expensive tooling cost instead.
Also, are you sure its the entire compressor that needs to be be-built, and not just the clutch section that has the problem isntead?
If just the clutch section, most of the time they can be replaced without having to pull the compressor off the motor, or removing the Freon in the lines.

Long story short I believe I blew out the front seal of a brand new AC Delco compressor during fill of a newly replaced system. I attribute the error to cheap gauges and or scale. I think I can just remove the head and replace the seal. I can find the seal but not too keen on putting it back together using the old seal. Big o ring I believe. I don't think I damaged the compressor itself. It's funny that I found a kit for my 1998 Camaro z28 but cannot find a kit for the corvette.
OK so I believe I found the o-ring rebuild kit and the 2 bearings necessary. I'm going to purchase them and if it works out i will post the part numbers and a few pics.
