Missing PS hose bracket? 2008 CORVETTE Z06

Missing PS hose bracket? 2008 CORVETTE Z06 Is there suppose to be a bracket to hold this power steering pressure hose? Seems a little floppy the way it is. Looked at some parts diagrams but coudn'd find any info .

My 2006 z06 a has the OEM power steering cooler in that location.

I can't tell for sure from the picture, but the pressure hose may have been replaced. When you order a new pressure hose, your new hose is longer and routed differently than the original one. The purpose is to eliminate the sharp bend in the hose that caused the leak in the first place, so that is a good thing. However, the new hose is not supported well due to its longer length, and no stabilizing bracket is included with the new hose. Installation instructions say to use wire ties to help support the new hose.

This is the clip you're looking for, Part # 22528277. I just used a plastic wire tie instead.

Thanks for all the help, the car has only 7k miles all original so I am 99% sure the hose is correct from the factory. Yes it looks like this hose was updated , old hose 15903240 , new 15903239 Looks like it just needs that clip. Where do you get such good parts diagrams? The ones on most GM sites suck. I had a the origianl parts counter book for my 91 ZR-1, that was awesome.
