When I press my clutch in I feel this “gritty” feeling and also when I release it, it’s worse on Higher rpm’s and not so bad on low rpm. Clutch is Pretty smooth when I’m in neutral and it is very smooth when the car is off. There is no noise when this happens but people on the forums say it could be a bad throw out bearing, wanted to ask on here if I should worry about it or take it to a shop. 2009 c6 z51 6 speed

Hard to tell with this limited information, but a bad throw-out bearing would certainly be at the top of the list.
Whether you do it yourself or have someone do it, 90% of the labor cost will be to remove and install the new TOB. I would get a whole new clutch, it would be cheaper in the long run.
When my pilot bearing went out, I replaced everything including the flywheel. You may not want to go that far.

damn ok, how much do you think replacing a clutch would run me? Dealership vs shop
I may have responded to the wrong thread. Ranger method the clutch fluid. Basically suck it out with a turkey baster, exercise the clutch a few times and repeat until the fluid is clear in the revisor. If that doesn't help, replace the trans fluid with Amsoil ATD. Both super inexpensive options to opening the trans or replacing the clutch. Also, when replacing the clutch, if it's a Z06 or even for a normal C5 or C6, if the shop doesn't balance match the flywheel/clutch assembly they suck

Cost to do clutch? My SWAG is $2000. Replacement of the clutch requires the removal of the entire driveline before you get to the clutch. Call your local dealership and ask for a guess on the clutch job.
GettnBetter recommended you start with the Ranger method. I would definitely do that first it can make a huge difference. TO bearing problems can actually be the clutch slave cylinder as it pushes on the TO bearing to release the clutch.
If it does not fix the problem then find a good "independent" shop to replace the clutch.
